Problem pages.
One page per job your product does, written for someone who doesn't know you yet.
SaaS search is a mix of product pages, comparison pages, and documentation. The crawl has to reach the pages that explain the product. Content SEO starts at $750/month. Technical SEO starts at $750/month.
Software buyers rarely search for your product name until late. Early on they search the problem ("how to track contractor hours"). Then the category ("time tracking software"). Then the shortlist ("Harvest alternatives", "Toggl vs Clockify"). Each step needs a different page.
Most SaaS sites have a blog for the first step and a pricing page for the last. The middle is missing. That's where people decide which three tools to trial.
SaaS sites also leak pages. Help docs, changelogs, login routes and filtered template galleries can create thousands of thin URLs. Google spends time on those instead of the pages that sell.

Only for tools you can describe fairly, with a date on the comparison.
One per integration people search for, saying what syncs and what doesn't.
I don't write comparison pages that misstate a competitor. They age badly and they get screenshotted. If we can't check a claim, it stays off the page.
I don't touch your app. Indexing rules for docs and app routes go to your developers as tickets, with the exact URL patterns and the reason for each rule.
Feature claims come from release notes or a product owner, not from me.
If your pricing page changes, comparison pages are updated in the same week.
Reports track trials and demo requests from organic search, not just traffic.
Find the docs, app and parameter URLs wasting crawl. Write the robots, canonical and noindex rules.
Map the category and alternatives searches. Brief and publish the first comparison and use-case pages.
Link educational posts to the product pages they support. Set up sign-up tracking by landing page.
