SEO consulting services
SEO consulting services are provided based on current search engine best practices, professional experience, publicly available guidance, and industry standards. SEO results depend on factors outside my control; I do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Fees and payment
Published prices include a consultation at $75 for 30-60 minutes, SEO audits from $499 one-off, and monthly retainers from $500/month. Prices are listed in USD; UK clients may pay in GBP on request. Scope and invoices are confirmed in writing before work starts. There is no setup fee.
Minimum term and cancellation
Monthly packages usually have a minimum term of 3 to 6 months, agreed before we start, then month to month with 30 days notice. Small business plans may start at a 1 month minimum. Prepaying 3 or 6 months may include a discount stated on the invoice.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid project or retainer invoice, you may request a refund within 15 days of payment. Consultation fees are for time spent preparing and on the call and are not refundable once the call has taken place. Refund requests go to [email protected] with the invoice reference.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the systems required to complete agreed work. Delays in communication, approvals, or implementation may affect project timelines and outcomes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, and design elements, remains the property of SEO Freelancer Guru or its licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.
Free checklists and keyword CSVs may be used for your own business and your clients' sites. They may not be resold as a product.
